Many are able to make an occasional donation, or sponsor a child's education at £5 (or $8) a month. If you are from the UK, download a Standing Order form -- an easy way to give regularly. Regular donations enable us to plan better.   Most of us have not had to pay for our own children's education, but many in Pakistan do not have the privileges we take for granted. Could you now consider funding the education of a Pakistani child who would otherwise receive no education at all? Almost half of the children in Pakistan do not go to school. We know we can't help them all -- but we have to help some! And more than that -- we want to provide a Christian education that can give life both hope and value.   It is hard for us to understand that many Christian families in Asia simply cannot afford to send their children to school -- even though it cost so little. But that is the reality of poverty. From our position of privilege we can make a difference. And we promise that Starfish Asia funded children will receive a Christian education, which will give them secular qualifications to get a decent job, together with an understanding of the Bible to prepare them for life.
