The clip (above) was taken at morning assembly in October 2008, an impressive display by the children receiving an almost-free education at the school. The daily Assembly takes place on land designated for the construction of a hospital for the village community. The clip (below) was taken at a special school celebration at which many of the children put on creative performances.     Building in Sargodha       The building of a new school for the children of the Noori Gate community began in the summer. Here are two clips taken in October. The building is already up to the first-floor roof and plans are to complete it for opening to classes in February. Pray for that! Some miracles are still needed if that is to happen.           Orphan Care   Ashraf and Wilma run a home for children from broken and disturbed homes. This shot was taken one evening in October 2008 as the children were playing on the verandah of the Abba Home. Just children enjoying being children.   CAP Ministries This video was made when Kaleem Dean visited UK in the summer of 2008. It gives a helpful interview with him and good insights into his work. CAP ministries in Su-e-Asal    Prof. Kaleem Dean, Director of CAP Ministries in Lahore, opened a new school for the children of Christian workers at the brick kiln communities at Su-e-Asal on the road towards Kasur.  This clip was taken at a reception held in the school courtyard in October 2008. Kaleem is introducing the school to his guests.     Miracle School in Youhannabad 2   The children at the school in Youhannabad 2 are mostly from the families of Christians working on the Brick Kilns. It is a hard life, but these children have the hope of a better future -- and they are also studying their Bible every day to better know and understand their faith. LIving Stones Christian Community School, Okara   The Living Stones Christian Community school and church in Okara, Pakistan, are the amazing work of faith of Waqas Moazzam and his wife Selina. The school provides free education for 115 children from the neighbourhood, giving hope to the next generation.   Holy Shepherd School, Mianwali Colony, Karachi   This is a music class at the Holy Shepherd School in north Karachi. These are the children of Christian families who have few privileges in their lives. At the Holy Shepherd school they have been given the chance of a first class education. They love to sing.                          We know we can't help everyone -- but we have to help some!
